MoS Prizes
3 Answers
Hello, everyone. In June I was lucky enough, or so I thought, to win a prize in the Mail on Sunday. Almost three months , and several emails later, I still have no prize, no explanation and no delivery date promised. Am I just unlucky, or has anyone else had similar problems?

I rang up and was told to send it back with covering note, but had problems chasing it up and gave up. The trouble was that I spoke to girls ( different ones!! ) on customer relations or similar, but cheques were dealt with through accounts and there seemed little communication between them. I did get a cheque from the You magazine three weeks later, but that appeared to be for another win, but I had not spotted results, so had to take their word that this was the original one.
I won €5k with theI Irish Mail on Sunday sudoku the christmas before last,.. and I didn't realise I had won the prize. They posted my cheque to me, with my correct address, and it got returned to them because the postman couldn't find the house I guess (it was a new estate at the time),.. they sent it out to me again,.. this time by registered post, and I got my cheque. I've won smaller prizes with them also in crosswords and sudoku and always got my prize in about a week.
