No, i dont recognise it. I was hard pressed to recognise that it was infact a GSD!

And like Dan, if I did recognise it, there's no way I'd have let it get to that state. The sad thing is even if they do eventually find the owners, and let's face it, they won't look too hard, what's going to happen to them? A slap on the wrist, a paltry fine and a ban on keeping dogs? Big...

As a dog lover, with a life long attachmen to GSD.s I tend to gree with Dancairo, I'm sure I could think of a punishment to fit the crime and F**k what the do-gooders think

As Boo says - at first I did not realise that it was a GSD.

How can people do such things? The dog must have been suffering for months before it got into that state. I think people capable of doing such things are evil and should be punished severely.

I wonder if they are any better at looking after their own children.
Oh my, that is just heart-wrenching. All my sentiments are already reflected here. What else can I say?
Oh my goodness, that's quite near where I live! I only wish I did know who the poor thing belonged to.
