Sadly,still hospitalised I am afraid chico.
The electro convuslive therapy (barbarous treatment) seems to have zombified him.He is not depressed now(for a while) just out of it.

I hope IAP will come out of this treatment a well man.I miss his postings on here,he always gives excellent answers and advice.

Sadly daffy I don't think he will EVER be a well man,but he migh be happier.
However,if you had had 80 volts of Electricity shot through your head,you might never be that well again?

I didn't even know they still used ECT in treatment for mental illness these days.I agree it is a barbaric treatment and it should have been banned decades ago.

I couldn't agree more daffy.It tends to be "hidden away",and I think even some nurses don't realise it still goes on!
Sadly,Pickle's Pyschiatrist (near retirement) thinks it's great,maybe he should try it!
