Anyone who can help me find a dress like the Matthew Williamson one Sienna Miller wears here, then I would absolutely love you!  I think this is gorgeous and I need something stunning for my sisters 30th birthday bash at the end of July!  If not then if you have a dress pattern with this shaping then that may be of help...(secretly want dress though!!!!!)

Monsoon tend to have quite a lot of dresses similar to this style. There isn't anything exactly the same as this but thre were some nice flowy off the shoulder numbers in there though.. could be woth a try possibly.
