Morning all I have missed the wbm boat this morning never mind most of the crew are still there. Got my G/son sleepover tonight so that will be fun .It's either chinese or fish and chips but I think it will be the latter. Good for the diet.SS times tonight are 7 56 pm for 3 mins but may not be dark enough then it will be round again at 9 30 pm but that will be higher and just a 1 minute view. Have a nice weekend all.

Weighted myself this morning and I have lost 200g of the scales in a week. Not sure where I ate a doughnut yesterday followed by a curry so it doesn't make any sense!

Gentle stroll down town to buy some fresk corn on the cobs today and Kent cobs (nuts) if I can spot any.

so you're busy doing nothing? ;0) We're not long in, both of us need new glasses! My prescription has jumped two fold since I was there two years ago! How do you keep your face straight sara when you're having all these tests with the daft specs & lenses they test you with! I find it really hard! lol!
