I have recently eaten 'pollo mirabello' in an Italian restaurant, and wondered if anyone knew the recipe.

Thank you for those, I will definitely try them at home, though they don't appear to be what I had at the restaurant. The dish I had consisted of a chicken breast, with asparagus spears through the centre, then topped with a mild mustard and cream sauce. The chicken breast was well cooked, though still very succulent and I wondered how they cooked it so that the asparagus still had a slightly crisp bite to it.
hmm i'm not sure i've seen what you're looking for, but saw this recipe and was thinking you could give it a go and just use asparagus instead of the red pepper and mushrooms. then if you wanted a mustard kick to the cream sauce, you could just add 1 tspn of mustard powder... hope this helps! http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/6902/chicken-and-red-pepper-rollups-with-alfredo-sauce.aspx
