My indesit washer dryer will not heat when drying and leaks from the bottom when washing!

Its only about 2 years old but been having problems lately.It is one of those washers that runs just on the cold water supply.
When i dry it does all the usual but does not get warm and the clothes still come out wet.Also this morning i have put a load in and the washer is leaking from the bottom of the machine.I have checked all the pipes on the back and no water is leaking from anywhere but just seems to be coming out of the bottom somewhere.
Please help,i cannot afford a new one or for a repair man.I am pretty clueless about these thing so if someone could could tell me what it could be and how to fix it i would be very great full!

Did you send in the guarantee when you bought it?If so ring the Indesit repair number and they will come out and repair it for you for free.The number is 0870 442 7661.
I recently bought an Indisit washing machine and was given a free 5year guarantee by them.You will need to know the model number and serial number (might be recorded in the back of your instruction booklet).
If the machine is less than two years old you might be able to claim a repair from the seller, you don't need to have a receipt.

Have you cleaned the filters recently? Both of these problems could be caused by blocked filters - surely worth checking.
