i make my own hort crust pastry but im afraid i do not weigh it so cannot pass this onbut i guess you can find a sausage roll recipe or pastry recie or even by ready rolled or just add water pastry.
i dont use pork sausages however i do use linda mccartney sausages (vegetarian) very yummy
