Kodak Z915 compact digital camera

My last compact camera never woke up from hibernation last winter, and it's taken until now to consider buying a new one.
The one that's caught my eye so far is the Kodak Z915 with 10MP and 10X optical zoom. I'm looking for a general-purpose camera but do like having some degree of control over the picture taking.
Anyone own this model and have some thoughts about it?
