How's your husband getting on in his job?

He loves it but it doesn't pay enough. With me just on benefits we're starting to struggle to pay the bills which means he may have to look for a better paid job which makes me feel guilty. We also know that these days he is lucky to have a job and it may be a while before he will find another.
