I was lent a book of poetry today ...

.... this poem was in the first couple of pages,
Life is so short, use every minute to live, to love, to laugh,to gaze in awe, to ask, to see, to feel, to touch, to taste the salt of tears, to feel the heat of the sun, to smile cry & scream, to care to dare to dream. To hug, to shout, to think .... don't waste one single second cos one day you're playing hide & seek with some kid, then your eyes blink & you're forty years older carrying his coffin. It's a strange crazy life : and the secret is never take anything serious.
