Pebble dash
House is 30+ years old and now looking a bit grubby. How to go about cleaning it. Have had someone round the door saying an acid clean would be best but that sounded a bit drastic. Is there anything other than stripping the walls down and redoing the pebbledashing.
Any advice appreciated

The clue is in the 'had someone round the door'. Since when has any service offered by folks cold-calling at the door been the best option?
Certainly don't want acid on it. It needs cleaning, not dissolving. And where's all that acid going to do - on the soil which will poison it and kill any plants between the couple of metres of the walls.

Cleaning is typically done with water - under pressure if necessary.
