Well, if they have had to send bounce any cheques, or return any direct debits as a result of your being overdrawn, you will get charged anything up to £30 for each item unpaid. You will also be charged anything up to £30 just for being overdrawn.

I had a Business Account with Natwest years ago, and when they failed to credit my account with the cash I deposited the previous afternoon (around 3.5k) they sent several suppliers cheques back and I ended up with over £200 in bank charges. Obviously they had to reimburse me, as it was clearly their fault. But they won't budge if they don't have to.
My Bank charges £22 for each 5 days overdrawn , and £16 for every sent back DD . I don't know about Nat West though . You could always check on their online site , or on the back of your statements it may say . x
Im not with Natwest but my bank (lloyds TSB) Charge £15 for going overdrawn and £6 for each day that you stay overdrawn, try and get som money paid into your account as soon as!
My son is with nat west, he was charged £38 for orgetting to put the money in for his mobile contract D/D. But if you have an overdraft, or get the money in on monday really quick to cover it and speak to them, you may be ok. Has it gone overdrawn because they paid a D/D? If they paid it you musty have an overdraft facility built in. Or have tyou gone overdrawn using your debit card? Again, if it is fir that reason you must have an overdraft arrangement.
