Quite well thanks how are you? I probably should pass on to you the sad news that 'whiffey' passed away, I know you will recall him, he died at home just over a week ago. It's difficult to know who has been informed off the site.

I've been away a while. I know you wouldn't joke about something like that, Dot.
But can I ask the how's, when's, why's, etc. if I'm not being too crass ?

I understand monkeyeyes, it is CB, but no sadly it is a fact. He died at home in an accident, if you have Dris on facebook it may be better to chat there.

I don't communicate with anyone from AB away from the pages of AB, Dot, and prefer to keep it that way.

I'm saddened to hear of his death, I always thought he was a very funny guy and didn't deserve quite the amount of vitriol he got from some quarters :o(

If there is anything more general that can be shared on CB, I'd be interested to know. If not, I'll just have to learn to control my natural curiosity.

There's a rather touching thread about whiffey on there...and marge was on it.
