Is it possible to freeze mange tout and how do you do it? I have an excess in my garden and it would be nice to save some.

OK this is how you do it. Open freezer, put mange tout in, close freezer.

It's best to pick the mange tout when they are just ripe,not ripe or overipe.

Tray freeze them,that is flat, and not on top of each other on a flat tray or baking sheet.

Once they are solidly frozen you can transfer them into a storage box.Mange Tout should freeze well,as they are quite thin.
