had a few too many last night....today was sick on 7 seperate occasions...and each time was a good few times being sick...i never get like that,...dont know what happened! even water was making me sick..until it was im almost sure the lining of my stomach coming up!!

eventually my body was still wrenching as if i was being sick but nothing coming up- stomach must hav been totally empt (or down the blinkin loo)

not proud of myself...but honest was begginnin to think it was more than a hangover do u think i poisoned myself!!???xxxx

yeah defo defo is telling me something!!!! i dont get like that often honestly!! i was drinking gin....and the odd shot i think thats what was the killer!!!!

no way about the hand gel haha!!!! god how could u drink that must b disgusting!! xx

i have thankfully recovered almost today...i really cnt believe how unwell i was!

O we all say that until the next time.Its when you arnt sick I would start to worry.
Remember and eat before you go out -it does help -I know you prob dont want to feel bloated before but it works and steer clear of the shots -they are the killer.I know all this from experience -dont beat yourself up for it -its happened to most of us but at least im honest enough to own up lol.

tinkerbell, i went out one friday night a couple of weeks ago, i started off on the brandy then the tequila shots, oh my god, i have never been so ill in all my life!! i couldnt even drink water the next day it actually took me 3 days to get over it! my throat hurt that much from barfing!!!! ive not had a drink since and i am NEVER EVER drinking tequilas again!!!! hope your feeling better soon, just stay off the shots!!!

I once got like that about 35 years ago ON BEER, I never did again..... I am tea total now and don't miss it one little bit.

i know most of us have been there....thats it i think it was the shots but id had a stressfull week and i think i just got out and let my hair down a bit too much...PLUS mate works bhind the bar and her boss is generous with the free drink and shots haha!! and the result was nearly dying all day!!! yuck - oh and the photos are TERRIBLE!!! hahahaha that wll teach me! on a serious note i never want to get like that again!!!!!!!
