To be blunt, i'm in agreement with Craft. If I were you, i'd just be bloody grateful im alive and well on the way to recovery. Enjoy every day and don't let a trivial factor of money, and it is trivial compared, stop you doing this.

For those that think it is trivial, pfffttt, £70 is a lot of money to me, and yes i did take out the correct medical holilday insurance and declare everything, yet they failed to get me home.
You try having a heart attack in a foreign country where u cant speak the language and see how u feel. then to be told they wont get u home, its a joke

I can understand that wicked, however, surely you can understand that faced with what could have been a terrible terrible end, you recover, are home, and on the road to recovery and it all cost you was £70.00? Yes that amount can be substantial, especially if you haven't alot to begin with, but when you consider what you could have lost.....
As previously said, I really don't think there's alot you can do. Sure speak to your insurance company again, but please don't let this get in the way of enjoying what you have been given....a second (or in your case, 3rd) chance of life. Grab it by the balls and bloody enjoy it!
