i lost an incredible five and a half pounds tonight,(20 lbs.altogether) my sons are giving me a treat on saturday

thank you,decided to get my hair cut,get some new clothes out of bonn marche,i have a 40% off voucher,then the three of us is playing some sports game on the wii,tennis or bowling or something,for my excercise

i'm doing this for my mother as well as she was unhappy about the weight i put on when i was ill,and i feel as if i let her down,but at least i'm doing something about it now,

Peri...naw not chickened out...lol....but we only seem to meet when i am thinking of going to bed...and then all i wanna do is sleep...

Up and down - I think it's bad habits and stress but still feeling better than I did which is always good
