im so fed up i cant lose weight i feel like starving myself help me with any ideas. not really gonna starve myself just fed up. how does sit up help you does it really tighten your waistline?
Hi, dont starve yourself as this never works as your body will store more fat for its own energy store!
Have you tried reducing your portions and swapping favourites like crisps and chocolate for fruit?
you could reduce say the amount of cereal for breakfast and have semi-skimmed or skimmed milk on them have a smaller lunch of a salad or healthy sandwich and for dinner pasta and salad or fish is realy good for you!
and sit-ups are apparently meant to tighten your abdominal muscles but i have never found them to work for myself i prefer jogging as it works the heart legs and abdomin. you need to exercise to lose more calories then you consume!!
have you seen your GP? have you always been overweight? A relative of mine had a weight problem & couldn't lose weight despite going on a strict diet. Her doctor sent her for some blood tests & her thyroid levels were all over the place & were causing the weight problems she had. It was corrected with treatment so maybe it would be worth you checking with your doctor. good luck!
I joined slimming world a few weeks ago and its brilliant, i was not motivated when i walked through the door but when i came out i was! ive lost weight every week with the help and support of every1 else there in the same position as me. it is so much better than weight watchers - why dont you give it a go? You do need to stay to class though which in the scheme of things is only probably an hour or 2 at the most of 'me' time out of the whole week.

I have been on and off diets my whole life then I joined Slimming world lost over 7 stone and have been at target for months!!
I enjoy curry, big meals with pasta, fruit and no food is banned.
I will never be fat again or unhappy with my weight thanks to slimming world xxx
