Can you come in in and explain to us frustrated people just what the go-slow problem is with AB, last night was dreadful and today is no better, can you explain it to us please, then we wouldn't have to shout at our screens and swear and cuss and fings!!!!!

Sorry to be so absent!

The issues with the site are of the network variety, the techies are intending to offer the hamsters facebook access to clear up this problem. If that doesn't work I assume they'll unplug some wires somewhere and plug them back in again! (and other techie things!)

For everyone out there who wants to know what to do:

1. Press ctrl+Alt+del
2. Shout and swear at your screen
3. Have a cup of tea

Can I suggest the techies undertake "BM's fix all computer solution"?

Hit the server very hard three times with something very heavy (perhaps Big Ed's wage packet?)
Then suggest everyone open a bottle of wine.

It won't fix the problem, but no one will give a damn!
