Inability to access Fairfax Media sites in New Zealand

I am having difficulty in accessing The Nelson Mail site which is part of the Fairfax Media in New Zealand. This problem has only occurred in the past week. My operating system is Windows XP and my browser is Internet Explorer. I have cleared all my Temporary Internet files and cookies, but still having problems. Anyone else having this problem?
