Retuned 3 times - digibox still not working

I have retuned my freeview digibox 3 times as in the instructions. After each retune it still asked me to retune again whenever I turned my TV on. Now there is only analogue - no digital. My box is a Philips. Any ideas please?

There is a list of models that are known to have problems that prevent retuning here - none of them are Philips manufacture so that should not be the issue here.
