Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Am I being dense? I can't fathom out what the word/s is meant to be for the second down codeword,15,6,L,S,24,24,23,16. Is 24 O or E? is 16 E? Is it one word or two? Welsh, false, seedy.sooty? Help! I've spent far too long on this, luckily it's raining because I should be getting some exercise and not the mental sort!

Hello again liz, I have called The Telegraph and there is an error in the codeword grid today. They will print an apology tomorrow but at least I can now stop tearing my hair out!! Hope that this helps you.

Hello liz, I am having the same problem with the same codeword. I have tried proper names for people and places, one word, two words, three words, nothing works so far. Please let me know if you break the code and I will do the same.

i wondered if something had gone wrong. Thank you for confirming that I wasn't just being dozy! I did get out for a walk as well so the day has turned from being a bit of a waste of time into a a productive one. Cheers!
