Sweeties...

My daughter is 45 years old and I still buy her sweets..Today I took her some Coconut Mushrooms..Is ths normal ? Does anybody else do this? She has two grown -up children...one is a weapons designer in the R.A.F and the other has his own company in I.T...What do you think?

My Dad used to buy me sweeties right up to when he died. And flowers .( I was 56 ) It's a lovely thing to do for her.

john that is lovely i still buy them for my sons 27and 32 and my mum used to buy me sweets when she was alive no one every loves you as much as your parents its a pity we dont realise it till its to late

I buy sweets for my hubby, he has is own sweetie tin which he hides from the kids lol mind you they are in there 20s and prefer chocolate.

I think it's ok to buy her sweets , you never grow out of eating them , I can't any more but if I could I would love a big bag of picknmix xx

I used to buy Coconut Mushrooms for my mum. This thread brought back lovely memories for me john. My mum has been dead for more than 20 years.

I think it's lovely that you still buy your daughter sweets. And after all, she'll always be your little girl - however big she gets.
