bbc iplayer - Aaaaarrrgh!

is it me? Why is this so RUBBISH????!!!!!!!!!
I am trying to watch a missed episode of criminal justice but it keeps stopping.
i\'ve tried to download it (even more frustrating) and switched to the shorter bandwidth.
I found it on youtube, but it was put there by the bbc so is equally slow.
is there a secret no-one\'s telling me about?
Please help me - i am rapidly losing the will to live!

I found this too (although I am on a reliable Broadband Service) and then saw I had clicked onthe HQ (High Quality) picture button.This can (and does) slow down the viewing of the picture,and can cause it to shudder/stop.
If it's not this it can only (really) be a problem with you ISP.
On standard picture I have always found the iPlayer to be clear and reliable.

Check with your ISP that you have the latest Firmware for your router. I had a similar problem last year with my Hauwai router on TalkTalk, but the new firmware sorted it.
