Ta wbm - that makes me feel a whole lot better. I have to have one cos of my asthma & heart condition thingy. I don't mind the prick bit - it's only a little one & our nurse is very gentle - it's the aftereffects I don't like. ;-(

I had a large(ish) whisky last night in the hope that it would help me sleep,I went to bed at 2am and was still awake at 3am,I then had to get up at 6.45 to iron shirts and make butties.All the whisky did was make me wake with a headache.lol
I hate being an insomniac!
As soon as my son has gone to school at 8.45 i'm going back to bed. :-)

Ah daffy - insomnia is truly horrible. I had it a few years back when I was going through a particularly bad time. The odd night you can put up with, but chronic insomnia is just awful. You get back into bed & cosied up. I'm at work - that's why I'm moaning... I'd rather be in bed. x
