Is £20 enough to get a decent pair of jeans in oxford street or something like that, if not how much would be recommended to buy a full set of clothes e.g jeans, shoes, shirts etc.

I doubt you would get an entire outfit on Oxford Street for £20, although I think there might be a Primark there, so you could perhaps get a whole outfit there for that price.
