has anyone got a fast cure for this black hole i find myself in ? Dont want to take prescription pills. Now a single mum who is finacially crushed been in and out of hospital and not yet fit enough to return to work, illness and now lack of money are making me suicidal. my children have lost their dad and i am left to provide for them and i,m failing. They deserve so much more and they ask for nothing. Can anyone offer any advice

Heres the website - I have a bit of experience with depression with myself and close family members - its always - really always better to talk this out. There is no quick cure but every day is different. If you have extended family members or friends offering help - take it. Take any support you can. You will get back on your feet.
