I have been given a jelly mould but have to admit I have never used them. Does the mould need to be lined with anything to allow the jelly to slip out complete?

I just usually let it set in a glass bowl and there is no way on earth that it would come out whole like that?

Sorry if I appear to be a numpty!!

If you dip the outside of mould into a bowl of hot water - briefly - this loosens it and it slips out easily.
