How's this for road rage?

I was driving my car out of a supermarket car park, when I came to a mini island (not on a public highway but part of the supermarkets car park).
There were 2 cars going straight ahead with one behind them, signalling to turn right round the island.
Obviously I thought I had plenty of time to proceed forward due to the fact that the 2 cars going forward had to clear the island and the one turning right had got to traverse round the island.
Not so in this case, the car turning right did not bother to go round the painted island he cut across it, and then had the cheek to shout obscenities at me for not giving way to traffic on the right.
The cheek of some people.

Yes the V sign felt good... but the 'incident' was so small it really shouldnt have gone any further than that.... and it did... which scared me..
So now I try to be even more genteel when behind the wheel.

Would there not be justifiable circumstances since the person drove over the centre of the island, with the sole aim of trying to clip the rear off-side of my vehicle?
I would have had plenty of time, if he hadn't took a short cut..........can't you ever side with me?
Oh! bliinking ek It may have been you.

You don't exactly expect people to take short cuts over a traffic island or a mini roundabout, so you wouldn't take that factor into account when judging the situation. You would never dare go round a roundabout if you took that into consideration. However, there unfortunately there are loads of idiots around.
