Inspired by gazzawazza'a 'unlikely scenarios' question. Here's one for you to guess. Yes and no questions only. Two men are in a restaurant and both order the albatross. One of the men keels over and dies of a heart attack, why?

Was one of them in fact called 'Albert Ross'?
Was one of them a sailor?
Was the heart attack man scared to death?

Wafers - no, and it was bloody albatross flavour before you ask. Albert Ross - possibly but it won't help. Sailors - yes Scared to death - yes .
Had they both been shipwrecked with the cabin boy? Had the one who died eaten the cabin boy without knowing? Was the other one mighty relieved?
