What can you do

A very good friend of mine bid for and won a mobile phone on ebay, well over 2 weeks has past
and as yet the phone has not arrived, the seller has been notified by email that it has not arrived
he swears that the item was posted 1st. class the very next day but has no proof of postage,
can my friend get her money back?

yes paid by pay pal & money has been taken out of her account.

Thanks for the advice I have just phoned her and told her but she say's is the item not recieved link on ebay
or the pay pal site ?

Where is the phone coming from? I bought 2 on ebay recently and they took a good few weeks to get here, but tey did arrive eventually. Also keep in mind the postal srtikes...
