I am not sure if I have deleted something by mistake of my computer. Whenever I open any video file this message appears as system is trying to load and then stops at a point with message that file was not found. I can cancel this but now it is becoming annoying.

How can I get rid of this or if it is looking for a file to run, where can I find that file?
