How safe is the swine flu injection?

Last night I had a call from a friend in America voicing her fears over this new vaccine. In the free paper today there was a full page given to the injection, encouraging those in weak health to go ahead and have it. Earlier I phoned my mum for a chat & she's been invited to have it done. I'm worried, is it safe?

The friend who rang me believes it isn't safe darren. Reading those comments to the two articles, it is worrying!

Mr M and I had both the regular flu jab and also the swine flu jab last week, we've both been fine, not even a sore arm.
I would say if you've an on-going health problem then have it done - or talk to the doctor/nurse and get their advise. Good luck.
