can anyone tell me please ~ is the rind edible on ALL brands of Brie cheese?

I think you'd want to check the label, but generally the rind is designed to be edible so that you can heat it and not have it melt all over the plate.

Yes, it is even though a ripe brie cheese might not look very appetizing and might taste very strong. I am talking about French Brie (that's in case there are now others)
