Never been myself, but if I was there I'd head straight for Raffles Hotel and order myself a Gin Sling!

Visit Sentosa island by cable car from a skyscraper, walk around the Indian district, buy and eat a slice of durian from a street stall, check out cheapo electronic gear in the markets, have an ice cold Tiger beer served in a silver mug in the gardens of Raffles, get a suit made in 24 hours, visit a Hindu temple, visit the (fairly) recently rediscovered WWII command bunker under a park, have sate at the waters edge. Enjoy.

You have to do the gin sling thing in Raffles for definite but one piece of advice don't take any chewing gum. Its banned in the country ! you'll be asked to put it into the bin at the airport in no uncertain terms !!
