swimming - counting lengths
i have problems counting the lengths I've done! Goldfish brain! Does anyone know of a length counter or something i could wear and click or whatever to keep count? Thanks in advance.

The Gym pool I use is only 18 metres long.............44 lengths for 800 metres, it's 90 for a mile.
I start to get cramp in my calves doing so many turns when getting to the end of a mile.
If you could waterproof a step counter it might get triggered by the push of the wall at each end.

these aren't electric so you wouldn't have to waterproof it, but water still may affect it, i don't know.
sorry i don't know their proper names, but those clicky thing that people use as counters for car surveys ect. it may be possible to strap it to your hand and click it every time you turn, but you may accidently keep clicking it.
