i hate it i really do, i have two issues, one is that im receding and the other is i look pale and ill in some pictures
i wouldnt mind but normally i get comments like 'cute' 'goodlooking' 'handsome' etc, yet i see pics of myself on facebook that make me want to cry they are that bad!!!
does anyone else have this? im starting to dread social events because i know they will have horrid pics of me the next day on facebook.
I thought i was decent looking, maybe i was wrong?

It's not exactly true that the camera never lies. The camera can only capture your appearance for a hundredth of a second or so. In real life people's appearances don't stay frozen like that. Their faces are more mobile, they go through many appearances. It's a bit like a photo of a car not giving you any idea what driving it is like. So what you see in a photo is not necessarily what others see when they see you in real life.
But as China says, this sounds like a health problem more than an aesthetic one. Dreading social events means you can't live the way others do. If it's spoiling your life, it's worth seeing a GP about
