how can i download a video onto bebo from a website?

You go into your homepage and go to the flash box near the bottom, now click add flash. If the file you want is already in flash then just go to the website with the flash, right click "view Source" Go EDIT>FIND> and search .swf, it should come up with http://......swf and just copy and paste that into the SWF URL, Instead of it being http... it could be /....swf, then just add it to the end page you are viewing and if you have done it right the flash should come up big, then copy and paste this into the SWF box

Alternativley you can download the movie file from the website and upload by clicking on "upload directly to bebo", i can't help you form there because i have never used it

I use Ant Video Downloader.
Download and install Ant Video Downloader at http://ant.com/video-downloader/ in internet explorer or firefox.
Go to the page where the video is playing. Click the Download Button when video is buffering. Close the page or search another video.
When the download completes click the Player Button to play the video.
It is totally free and contains no adware or spyware at all.
