I really really really want to... but I really mustn't. Should I?

My son has dejected me twice in the past as a FB friend because of embarrassing (so he thinks) comments on his public 'wall'. The last rejection was 3 months ago because I called him Daniel Spaniel - and his mates took the p1ss & now call him that. I also once put that his Mummy loved him & was so proud of her little soldier (he'd passed an exam). He swore he would never let me on there again.
Well, I've wimped, wailed & pleaded - and find this morning he has accepted me.
I am proud.
However - having a nose (as you do), I find that his latest wall comment was "Time for a clear-out". Oh how I am having to resist holding back my digits & responding to this. I was on the verge of putting "You always did have trouble with constipation as a child - try Senna, that always worked before" or something along those lines... Just a joke, you know how it is. However, if I get dejected again it really will be a lifetime ban.
But it's Soooooooooooo tempting.
Should I? Should I not? Is it really so embarrassing your mother discussing your bowels on facebook?

although it was very funny in place smy fave bit had to be when the jilted partner (boy) accused the girl of being unintelligent (not the word he used - i think it was fick) and she retaliated by telling him, that he couldn't "right" properly

Boy am I glad you are NOT my Mother!
We have 4 Kds,6,Grandkids,4 Gt Grandkids, and one Gt Gt Grandkid.
I would never dream of putting such comments on any of their facebooks!
I can still (at 86) remember how my Mother could embarass me(when I was an adult) and I am cringeing now at the thought.
If this is a serious question, please don't even consider embarassing him again.
YOU might think it's funny,I can assure you that he DOESN'T!
Have you nothing better to do?

Oh Mr Veritas - lighten up.
First of all, I was only semi-serious.
Secondly, despite his protestations, my boy understands & appreciates my humour. IF I had put the above, which I haven't, chances are he'd have told me off, tongue in cheek, and carried on the joke himself.
Have I nothing better to do? What - than to have a joke and laugh with my children?
Apologies if you don't understand my humour :-(
And by theway - he IS glad I'm his mother x
