Stressed, angry, annoyed, tired
Hi,
I feel like rubbish and I have no idea why.
I'm 34 weeks pregnant and for the last few days I have felt like I could quite easily strangle someone. I've got 4 weeks left of work and the thought of coming into work every morning nearly has me in tears! I just want to be at home in some comfy pj's wrapped up in the warm and left alone (except the OH). I have no anger towards him at all.
I really upset myself last week when he left for work. I broke down in floods of tears all because he was going to work. Got in such a state that I called in sick at work :o(
Why am I like this?
Is/did anyone else get like this towards the end of pregnancy?

But also dont forget that your body is very very busy making a baby. Youre carrying around extra weight, you internal organs are being squashed and breathing is probably getting more of an effort etc etc.
Added to that the stress and worry of having a newborn about and its no wonder that mums to be do start to get a bit irritable and anxious towards the time of due date. Its tiring and exhausting
Huge hugs to you, id say youre just reacting the way most mums to be do. Obviously dont hesitate to mention it to your midwife when you see her xx

hi puma, i'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and am beginning to struggle with work as well. have to get the tube every day (work in central london) and this is tiring and depressing! i can't find any smart trousers that don't chop me in half so living in dresses (which I never wear normally) so just don't feel like myself at the moment! I'm also dreading and wanting the birth in equal measure which adds to my concerns.
as red says, your body is so busy brewing a baby, no wonder you feel out of sorts!

I think that it's almost time for you to get ready to have your baby. I felt like that when It was almost time for me to have my baby. I wanted to clean the house up and when I started I didnt wont to stop. When I brought my baby home for the first time I was so depressed and felt so longely. If my husband was to go outside I would cried and say he dont love me. I know that my hubby love me he just needed to go outside to get sometime but my hormones was out of control. You just need a little love, thats what my hubby had to so me around the time for me to have my baby and after birth. I wish you the best and bless you
