Want to give a tip off - how do I do this?!
4 Answers
I have lots of details concerning a business whose managers aren't running the place properly, sacking people for no reason (literally) and using funds for purposes other than they should be (its a charity). As I said, I have lots of information and inside knowledge and wanted to give a tip off to a local newspaper - anonymously though - in the hope that they might think it an interesting story and dig a bit further and perhaps publish something in the end - which would hopefully mean the removal of the managers in question and someone else stepping in who knows how to run the place.
Any idea how I might go about this please? If I sent anything to the newspaper, I don't want it just to be thrown in the bin before reading it !
PS - Wasn't sure what category to put this in, hope I've chosen wisely!!

going to the papers is not the way to go, you will just be seen as a mad person with a grudge probably and will be in the bin. If there is fraud going on, go to the police. If funds are being misspent (your opinion?) then go to the charities commission.
surely if people are being sacked for no reason, it's up to them to appeal and contest it, not you?
