Just thought I would address some of these concerns.
I don't think we are extracting any canine urine by adding people to our friends list - this is how some people meet new people on facebook! We're only using it as a way of keeping people updated with what is going on in The AnswerBank! It's more like a newswire service than anything, except, instead of breaking news, we have Marvals jokes!
In the settings of FB there are privacy settings which can limit your profile to being viewed by only people that know you while also hiding your friends list (if memory serves).
I do understand for all those who feel a little bit violated; many of us want to keep AB and FB as separate worlds.
We only use the "suggested friend," list thing, we do not plough through a list of all your friends, that would be strange. We only add those who FB suggests to us. None of these "adds" are random or malicious! We do not have "access" to anyone's facebook any more than a stranger does!
Sorry to cause such upset!

A couple of threads a day is hardly Spam Dot! If you want personal interaction you can talk to me here, or email me, I am quite a good listener!
Zzxxee, i understand your sentiment - but, if you're worried about what others can get hold of on your FB, you should worry about your privacy settings first and foremost!
