Mine covers pre-existing conditions, but not on their cheapest policies.  I pay 50 per year.  Direct Travel Insurance Services, Shelley House, High Street, Steyning, West Sussex BN44 3RD.  [email protected]  www.direct-travel.co.uk " target="_blank">http://www.direct-travel.co.uk">www.direct-travel.co.uk< /A>  Tel 01903 812345  Fax 01903 813555

You could try Planet-travel:

...we are just about to renew ours with them and they have been most helpfull dealing with hubbie's newly diagnosed diabetes type 2.

The Post Office have good reviews - give 'em a call.  You may have to pay a little extra to get covered for 'pre-existing' whereever you go, but at least if you start off low, it gives you leeway.

Try this website:

As far as I know they don't charge any extra for pre-exisiting medical conditions, they just like to know incase you make a claim.

If you do have diabetes then Diabetes UK do a policy

They don't guarantee cover but say they are more sympathetic.  I don't know what the prices are like though.
