Is your shopping getting more expensive?

There is supposed to be a credit crunch and pay rises are non-existent or very low, yet each week my supermarket shop seems to cost more.
I was emailed by Tesco today to tell me I could book my Xmas delivery and have now spent the princely sum of £184.10. Bearing in mind I live by myself do you think this is rather excessive?
Do you think I should go back and cut down on the cigarettes, alcohol, and finest foods, or just delete the dog's treat?

Having said that, we'll all be so blasted on gin and martinis, should make any difference. :-))))))
