Hotel Receptionist job

Had an informal chat today for the job and the feedback I got from the agency was really positive. They said they want me but need to clear up a few things and will let me know first thing Monday morning for definite. So could be starting new job on Tues. Quite excited and scared as I reckon it will be a lot more challenging than jobs I've had before.

Anyone done this job before?

I used to work the odd shift as a front-desk clerk at a motel. I met some strange people and encountered even stranger situations: it was quite interesting................Hope you get the job.
