Do you sleep on a certain side of the bed and is this for any reason?

I sleep on left (from my laying down point of view) just because I like the left. But alot of people sleep on a certain side depending where door is. So the man is protecting them in a way. So when I move does that mean I should then sleep on the right? Mmmm

I sleep on the left. In my house I use to sleep on the right but Ginger sleeps on the right as it's closest to the door. From years past easier for his Dad to drag him out of bed for work in the morning. He gets up OK now.

Is this suppose to be in Media & TV?

I sleep by the window's side......mrs b by the other door to dressing room and en-suite bathroom......main door at the end of bedroom opposite mrs bear. Hmmmmm.....yep, thats it!

I don't know if I have a side but I tend to prefer sleeping nearest the window. I'm not sure how I feel about 'compromising' should this ever become something that is up for discussion... Currently I don't have to share a bed with anyone so it's not a problem.

Oooh I'm not sure on media. I thought I had just lost the whole post lol Here it is!! I actually out it in body and soul. I think I will still sleep on left side but then I might feel creeped out being by the door

furthest away from the door, then i have more time to react if a vampire or werewolf gets in. (seriously)

I sleep on the left hand side at home 'cos it's near the door and quicker to the Loo. If we are sleeping away from home then I sleep on the side nearest the loo!!

see I;m always getting up in middle of night but still sleep furthest away from door

I always have to sleep nearest the door as my girfriend says that if a murderer comes in then I will be the first to go!
I have tried pointing out that they could also climb through the window (her side) but that does not help.

Whilst I do not share a bed with Mr Stoofur I have exactly the same sentiments - man nearest the door in case a mad axe murderer comes through the door. My logic is that mad axe murderers cannot climb a ladder with axe in hand.....
