On tonights show, Julian Clary seemed to be walking with a stick and behaving akwardly. has he been ill or had problems?

I noticed a year or two ago that one side of his face seems slightly lopsided. I wonder whether he's had a stroke, or even more than one. He's quite a private man, by all accounts, not given to discussing his personal life, so that could be why no one has been told anything.
