As the nice thread about melon starters got pulled for some reason, what's your favourite melon based starter?

Ice-cream always goes well with melon, but i was looking to try something abit exotic this year , any suggestions?

it's only reeeeeet hard if you add the Tabasco before the gouging of the eye though.

Afterwards is just soft!

well it has to be melon with ham or salami
