Fictional medieval story

Years ago i was given a book which was later taken from me. It was a fictional story about a medieval archer (Thomas i think), it starts off with his life in England and how he became an archer and leads on to him going to Normandy and finishes with the battle of Agincourt. He was searching for the person who killed his father. I enjoyed this book and would like to read it again but have only vague memories of the author and title.

Sound like the "Grail Quest "series by Bernard Cornwell. I believe the first in the series was called Harlequin but you could check that as there is nothing worse then finding you've started reading a series in the middle If I remember rightly ther were three books in the series
